Hawkeye Project Consulting was founded in 2008 in Melbourne, Australia with the vision to create a comprehensive end to end service for construction project owners.
We provide unbiased, independent advice as client-side project managers / owner’s representatives for your entire construction project. We cover absolutely everything from the initial scope, reviewing quotations, appointing a principal contractor, arranging your relocations and ensuring the build process adheres to your timeframe, budget and specification.
