Tile and Bath Co

We ordered our tiles online on the 29/5, over 2 months ago now and still haven’t received any kind of shipping confirmation or contact from this company about when our tiles will be sent to us. We have since called over 40+ times and no one answers. On ONE occasion, someone finally picked the phone up, and we were told “someone will call you back and update you”…. No one did, and no one has since returned our multiple attempt to call and get through to them. We have reached out to their instagram, no one replies… we have emailed multiple times now, no one answers. Wish we had also read the other negative reviews before we purchased as well, as it seems this is now the common service you receive from this company. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but hopefully it helps stop someone else from purchasing here and receiving the same service (well complete lack of service). We are now being set back on our tiling schedule, and have NO IDEA, whatsoever if our tiles are even going to arrive at all?? We see they just posted on instagram that they are now “moving”, and have turned off the comments on that post… are they moving? Or will we never see our order and this is them closing down? Take MASSIVE caution when purchasing from this company. So far, they’ve been happy to take our money, and completely ignore us. Time to contact ACCC. (In case they finally take the time to reply to us here, we have checked our junk mail, and we don’t have any shipping confirmation from you, we also have no returned calls from you, so please don’t attempt to cover your lack of service with a response here telling us you’ve tried in anyway to resolve this issue)

Hopeless to deal with. After weeks of saying tiles are sent, they never came! They also told me I would get a refund but this has also been ignored. I have not seen any tile or received a refund. A big hassle to deal with.

Terrible. Don’t order from them. After months I’d waiting still no tiles and no refund. Don’t do it, it’s not worth the hassle!

Never shop here. they took our money and didn’t send the right amount of tiles we paid for! 4 months later and no refund or tiles to be seen. Terrible to deal with shop anywhere but with these guys!

Excellent selection of tiles and tapware. Love the customer service, their communication was great even when I was being difficult!
