Thank you for taking the time to review us.

It’s unfortunate that you did not personally have a great experience with us at Tile Living some years ago, and we hope this may change in the future. Unfortunately there are, and will always be, a small percentage of occasions where faulty products can slip through and not be found until they are in the consumers’ hands.

Since this particular incident, we do endeavour to streamline a claim situation to lessen the stress to the consumer. However as the majority of our products are purchased via wholesalers, we do also rely on our suppliers to communicate efficiently with us. This is not offered as an excuse, but as an explanation.

The owners of Tile Living most definitely do stand by all their products, and will continue to do so in the future. However should the need arise for the inclusion of the Consumer Tribunal, it is only fair to all parties that the correct (and sometimes long) process is adhered to.

This ensures that we can continue to provide great products and services to all our customers, and be able to rectify any issues should the need arise, in a professional and courteous manner.
