Can’t complain about the service because there is none. After sales service is horrible and to be fair there have been manufacturing issues and delays due to Covid the communication is terrible, we have been waiting for a job to be finished and not once has A&L advised what is going on, we have had to make each and every call, email and follow up since November 2021 and even got to Consumer Affairs, next step is ACCC. They are quick to take your money and make you pay upfront but do not deliver or even have the courtesy to call or at least email when they say they will. Issue unresolved since last year.
