About Us

40+ years of setting the Trend The Trend Windows business was formed in July 1968 by a partnership, manufacturing Western Red Cedar windows and doors. Trend’s head office is still located at the original site at Girraween NSW. Trend was one of the first window manufacturers to later assemble aluminium double hung and awning windows.

Very dissapointed with the product support for the Trend Quantum XP product. It was a premium product when purchased and I paid a premium price. Cant get parts for the window or sliding doors and the only advice from Trend is to go to Bunnings and look for some alternatives. I didnt expect to need replacement window locks and sliding door locks for a 15 year old product. I dont know when the spares became unavailable, but let this be a warning to anyone considering Trend windows - anything unique about their product may in the future be impossible to replace or repair. I have 19 windows and 3 sliders for which parts are unavailable - looking back perhaps I should have gone for a cheaper more generic product
