There is a company that matches the existing and paints the new brick. Quite expensive apparently but can't pick new from old so could end up being not to bad. Rendering and painting adds up quickly so really isn't the cheap compromise many believe. Could use a completely different brick which has been done as well, selective cladding, etc.. You could reuse some existing bricks if they're being removed to allow the new works. Many builders and bricky's don't like the labour of cleaning bricks so it could be worthwhile doing it yourself or hiring in a labourer to do it for you. Note that some bricks can't be cleaned due to the mortar used so check it first.

Hello, we are looking at getting our carpet dyed and trying to pick a colour, wondering if there is a site that's easy to use that I can take a pic of the room and add the pantone colour to the carpet to see what the room would look like with the colours we trying to decide on?

Some examples from Greensborough, one is my old house

Just my opinion and I’m no expert : D If you wanted to hang onto the lounges for a little longer as they are very practical while you have a young child and dogs, I’d look at trying to find a cushion that might combine the colours perhaps? Like the pic attached? I’d also use some conditioner on the lounge and maybe put a bit more stuffing inside the lounge seat cushions yourself. I did this to a Parker lounge and after a clean and leather saddle conditioner it didn’t look too bad. Maybe a big square (so it won’t tip over) pot with a dark green plant like a peace Lilly, cast iron plant or a tall plant could make the green lounge fit in a bit better.
