Hi Blufitch, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The four coffee tables are lovely, but I would probably opt for one of the two top ones. That being said, check the measurements first as these round tables might be significantly larger than your existing Ikea table. Re the potted plant, a taller one would be better, or you can put this one on a plant stand or even on a ceramic stool. But if you feel a mirror would be too much due to your mirrored splashback, leave the plant as it is and hang a framed print above the plant. It doesn't need to be big, but it's important that it s not too small so it doesn't look too "lost" on the wall. It's hard for me to judge the size from here, but a 70x40 frame might be ok. You could have only the yellow canvas above the couch, but you would have to bring in a few more brightly-coloured cushions or throw onto the couch, to compensate for the empty wall. Alternatively, you could also hang a large mirror above the couch. If you decide to do this, I think it would be best to move the canvas back to where it was, and hang the mirror in front of the window, so it reflects the natural light around and gives more depth to the room. The large Ikea Stave mirror (in white stained oak) is very reasonably priced and would work great. Just double check it fits first (it's 70x160)! Tell us how yo go! Talking doona covers and accessories. I buy mine from Ezibuy, they can have some lovely creams, although at present they are into blue, yellow and mauve and Spotlight also have some beautiful sets which like ezibuy, almost always include euro cushions, a must I think, and also some pretty throw cushions. I have attached the two photo's below that I have recently purchased for both the spare room and master bedroom. The first photo is from Spotlight called the Belmondo Regal Princess and the second is called Dream Weaver from ezibuy. I have the throw too.

Hi, I agree with you, the salmon is a bit yuk. Personally I don’t see the point changing the garage doors unless you were changing the roof. They talk to each other so leave them. The first thing I’d do is massively prune/clear the garden. It’s a very beautiful garden and well cared for, but it’s doing nothing for the facade of your house. Your house is drowned out by it. Now the trims, that comes down to what you like but I’d go for something dark and rich tones. I like good old woodland grey too, just cause it goes with everything. Best of luck. Can I suggest that as most of your proposed project comes under the umbrella of landscaping that you consult an experienced landscape designer in the first instance. Someone who is experienced with pools and outdoor rooms. Also someone who has a network of other professionals that they work with such as pool builders, architect or architectural designer and engineers that may be necessary for the permits and build once the overall conceptual design is realized. All of your wish list will need to flow together and be cohesive to function well and a good designer will be able to work with your design brief and guide you through this first stage which is critical if you intent to carry the work out in stages.
