Hi, We are currently building a 10 x 2.5 pool that will have decking and a fascia board to the edge of the water with no coping. We will be using old pieces of spotted gum around the edge that have already lost their tannins. We have had conflicting advice as to whether we need a waterline tile or whether we can just run the pebble Crete up behind the fascia board for a more seamless look. We are aware of the possible scum line and cracking of pebblecrete out of the water but wonder if this will be a problem if we have a fascia board going down to the pool? we are considering spending a bit more money on a glass pebblecrete which looks nicer and we imagine will be easier to clean? Any advice much appreciated

Hey OKlouise...unfortunately we are not sure the the approximate dimensions as yet but since posting this I have spoke with our designer and she is making some big changers re the flow of the house. Once the new plans are back I will re post with all the above info. Thanks for taking the time thus far.
