@Roseann Malcuit Bleiwiess I have the same issue with my black one that I bought in May 2016. It has unraveled like yours. I was thinking of using glue to hold it in place. Even thought about Gorilla crazy glue or something. However I am going to try to see if there is anyway I can tuck it in.. Otherwise I will end up trying the glue route. Will keep you updated. 2 sofas look great when you are needed extra seating for people but i really like the armchair /wingchair idea with a sofa. As you have chosen a modern take on deco i would look at a side table that encumpases that style but as said functionality is key. No good having one sofa if you have 5 guests. It sounds so beautiful so keep moving with your ideas and remember that sometimes ideas can change with different advise but you have to love it

Ok, I see ...one possibility would be to retain the unit as shelving where it is and wall mount the tv on the adjacent wall so that you can optimise seating arrangement. Otherwise I think you are on the right track, a circular rug would work, maybe a couple of mid century chairs might look nice, you could put some trailing plants up high away from your little one, maybe a basket or two to keep toddler clutter in check would go with an eclectic kind of look. If you move to a larger space in the future, mid century chairs would be easy to pair with a couch.. I think try and bring as much storage as you can to keep the space manageable.
