Buyers beware. Google the reviews of this company, hundreds of unhappy customers. I wish I had have read reviews and ordered through Globe West or Sassoon direct. You will never see your furniture ordering through this company. Or worse, wait 6 months to be offered a refund. Lost goods, inferior quality, absolutely no communication with their customers. Website is purposely misleading with quotes like in stock and Mac back order times 90 days. I am at 160 and still can’t get responses from Julie. For a furniture forwarder logistics company you’d expect communications on logistics but they say they have no idea where it is and that they don’t get any information on when items will be delivered. Please if you have received same or similar contact Fair Trading they are putting together a case to close this company down.
