I have translucent on stacker to alfresco, It's great as don't need it for privacy, just for reduced sunlight at times and if wanting air con to be more energy efficient. It is lightweight so you can have a large expansive without doing 2 or 3 blinds. I have double roller blinds i every other room. Blockout and sunfilter. Love them, and how you have choice to let light in, and blockout in our master bedroom during day for shift worker hubby. I have white as it was recommended to reflect most sunlight, not absorb it. Black looks great and is more transparent from the inside so if you get the 'sunlight screen' type you can see through very clearly, but people cant see in, until it gets dark, then you roll down your blockout blind for privacy at night. The 'white' sunfilter is not as see- through as the black from inside.

if you plan to use flatpac DIY cabinets then you should use the programs offered by the suppliers eg Kaboodle (sold through Bunnings) or IKEA if you have a local store but there are several other flatpac companies that also have free on line kitchen planning tools but, if you expect to have a custom made kitchen, some of the kitchen builders have their own design programs and can help with designs and/or you can use the free on line planning tools to make your own preliminary designs and then your custom builder will be able to modify your plans to suit on site dimensions and your chosen materials and appliances..the problem with most of the known free planning tools is that they're not consistent with Australian standards and the kitchen builder will always have to make on site measurements and modify your ideas to make cabinets that suit the space

I can’t comment on that company but I am very happy with the blockout fabric blinds from Blinds on Line . Some are Roman which have a dressier look and some are roller .

Hello, we are in a reno! Started in January and because of COVID, still in progress in August (and probably beyond) ha ha! It's a 50s home going smarter/Danish maybe?? But we are looking for blind for 2 x double windows in bedrooms and 1 x lounge bay window. Is there anyone in Adelaide who can recommend a good blind company please? We are even thinking of the honeycomb or Duette? Any ideas recommendation would be very helpful ☺️ Cheers Kris 😊
