Hello Aimee, I came here to say something like this plan above too. Two straight lines of cabinets with fridge on the outer end of the hall run, is best with no dead corners. Altho the top bit could work very well as an appliance cupboard with by fold doors to the bench so the things spill out along the bench when in use and shuffle back into cupboard when finished! I would suggest (if it fits) to have on right wall, from bottom: fridge, wall oven, pantry cupboard. cook top across the top with sink on the left bench towards the top so the bench opens to the sitting breaky bar to the dining area. the other thing is when you remove the walls between living/dining/kitchen the whole area will be far easier to furnish. The silly L shape rooms are hard to get right without making the sitting area a walk through interrupting TV and conversations too. shame north is to the other side of the house: where are you? The living rooms might be cold because of this? Cheers Margot
