Following extensive refurbishment, the owners of this converted malthouse replaced their small and cramped 70s style kitchen with a leading edge yet artisan-built kitchen that truly is the heart of the home The solid wood cabinets contrast beautifully with the sandstone floor and the large cooking hearth, with the island being the focus of this working kitchen. Bespoke in-frame kitchen painted in Farrow and Ball Blue Grey 91 a beautiful blue,grey colour chosen to compliment the Gazinni Space Green tiles. A faux chimney breast was constructed around the Aga with a chunky shelf to create a more traditional kitchen style

Bespoke solid ash cabinetry with oak internals, dovetail drawers and subtle decorative beaded door detail – handpainted in Light Grey with Lava on the island. The cabinetry has been designed to look as though it’s part of the room’s architecture with the ceiling coving around the top of the cabinets to make it look as though the kitchen has always been there.
