The wonderfully luxurious velvet gave the snug room a soft, warm and comfortable feel, which provided a relaxed space.

Beautiful Room Redesign to make this area into a formal yet cosy space. We used neutral colours to complement the bespoke cabinetry and textured arte wallpaper to add layers to the space.

Set within the picturesque eco-subdivision of Ferndale, this single level pavilion style property can double as either a family home or relaxing getaway destination. Encapsulating easy living in a compact, yet well considered floor plan, the home perfects style and functionality. Built with relaxed entertaining in mind, the mix of neutral colour tones, textures and natural materials combine to create a modern, lodge-like feel.

An empty fireplace has been turned into a fantastic feature here with the use of decorative log tiles. The logs have been supplied as log discs which have then been painted around their edges in shades of blue to echo other elements in the room. Finally, the discs have been mounted onto a backing board which has then been fixed into place within the recess of the fireplace. Any colour can be applied to the tiles to create various effects and complement any colour scheme.

Edwardian living room transformed into a statement room. A deep blue colour was used from skirting to ceiling to create a dramatic, cocooning feel. The bespoke fireplace adds to the modern period look.

This project was an absolute pleasure to work on. The clients wanted a complete revamp of their living room and to change their existing dining room into an office. They had never used an interior designer before and were initially nervous. However they put their complete trust in us and the result was two beautifully revamped rooms with a lovely flow between the two.

Client brief. To create a retreat with a calm and neutral base with some accents of colour, a place to relax in the evenings. So keeping to an elegant, calm vibe in the design tone, but also having a wow factor to reflect the house itself and be proud of when entertaining guests

The snug lounge is a more traditional, warm and cosy space. Completed with dark blue painted walls and strong contrasting deep skirting boards and picture rail. The furnishings are all soft with bold colours to provide warmth and vibrancy to the space whilst a log burning stove set within a stunning painted timber surround complete the space.

This is an example of a large modern enclosed living room in Hertfordshire with a music area, grey walls, carpet, a hanging fireplace, a wood fireplace surround, a built-in media wall and beige floor.

The core elements of the room were to remain, i.e. fireplace, carpets. Client was looking to move away from her previous colour scheme and really loved the dark greens. The doors lead out onto a garden at the start of a river so bringing organic elements into the room worked well. Clients existing eyelet curtains were altered to modern wave curtains with a metropole fitted in bronze. The wallpaper colour tones were warm and Next Velvet chairs added accent seating to the room and worked with a neutral sofa.
