K Residence is a combination of varied volumes with contrasting materiality, centred around a private terrace and northern aspect. Privacy is created by a citadel solid rammed Limestone wall which guided the interior design and palette. Strong materiality references the surrounding bush with cohesive architecture and interiors whilst maintaining solar passive design.
