Use ever inch available could do a shelf over the window to store laundry baskets and a hanging rail to hand stuff on hangers to dry if needed. All white makes the area appear larger..... light, white and bright

Under the stairs pantry door matched to the kitchen/lounge slider. Could use dining room slider atm just get the hardware. Or do with a framed frosted glass to give it a more modern open feel. Then punch out existing pantry shelves and rack up one wall so you can step into the void and use the whole unit airs to store extra plates, appliances and grocery items. Would need a light source under there. May be a power point with un industrial like suspended cage light plug in.
