4. Simplify before you beautifyClothes benefit from regular review. Most people only manage to wear a fraction of what they own – which effectively means that most of the space devoted to clothes storage is redundant. Celebrate the start of the new season with a wardrobe overhaul. Get rid of clothes that are out of fashion, no longer fit or are irreparably stained or damaged. We all start the day in a rush; by being more organised we are saving time hunting for the right work outfit, allowing more space in our schedule for ‘me time’ activities (a morning work-out, 20 minutes of meditation, a cup of tea and toast in your pyjamas).
