This was a cramped breakfast nook that was dark despite small skylights. we enlarged the skylights and added windows on all three sides. This made a beautiful sink nook with an apron front sink, marble back splash and quartz counters. by opening up the first floor we made a breakfast nook obsolete by adding a casual dining area and an island with seating
