View of Motor Room from the Stairs. The floor was created by grinding & scuffing the concrete, then filling the seams with a clear urethane with a shark grip top coat. The Sinclair neon sign is vintage 1961, and the Rancho Super Car Wash sign is a replica of a wonderful neon sign seen on Highway 111 in Rancho Mirage, California. The owner has admired that sign for years and commissioned a local company to recreate it.
