With a design brief to minimize clutter and maximize space, the flat is designed with clean lines and a simple color palette, which creates a perfect backdrop for the owner’s artwork collections.
Unconventional design and layout creates an extraordinary space for a study in a trapezoid-shaped living room. Wood is used extensively to foster a welcoming warmth in the home.
Indirect lighting design, such light troughs helps to achieve a minimalistic look, making the flat looks more spacious. An accent color in each bedroom is adopted to help bring out its distinctive personality and ambience effectively.

Go Modern Furniture
Nidi is the brand new collection of kids’ bedroom room furniture designed with style, practicality and fun in mind! Combining high-end Italian design with lots of star players: modular design (add to it over time), impressively clever storage (desks that turn into beds, stairs with ‘secret’ cupboards…), natural materials (wood, hand-painted ceramics, natural textiles), cool accessories and an eye-watering number of colours and finishes.
Designer: Edoardo Gherardi.
Photographed here is 'System 18' with a Nit hinged door wardrobe in an aqua finish and a cute/useful ‘Spider’ organizer system in carrot.
Also part of the Nidi Free system; a Lila bunk bed with an under-bed walk-in closet, desk and shelves, open-sided storage steps, Paddy bed guard and a Woody Pod chair.
Accessories: Whale rug, 'Rain Blue' wallpaper.

A children's playroom or should we say paradise, featuring a mezzanine treehouse with slide and steps. Lots of storage helps keep the bulk of toys away but open shelving displays some colourful books and toys that youngsters can grab and play with. Fantastic roof light brings light into this basement playroom and provides views of the trees outside.

A very optimistic seven year old requested rainbows, butterflies, and bluebirds be painted on her walls. She initially told me she wanted seven rainbows because she was seven years old, but we settled on two instead.

A freshman in college wanted a more "age appropriate" bedroom at home. She picked the "vibrant green" paint color and we did the rest. The NYC skyline pillow shams are a nod to her love of New York; and the funky Muchas Gracias wall plates are a fun way to incorporate her bi-lingual capabilities! We call it "Boho Chic"! She calls it AMAZING!
