The kitchen area included the removal of an existing wall and relocating this to the rear of the house to capture the natural light and views of the backyard. This was swapped with the laundry and new toilet.(see 3D drawing). New floorboards to match existing were installed and the renovation continued into the dining room with the installation of new bifold doors to open out to the backyard.
