Revel in the Kohler speakers, overhead shower fixtures, and a waterfall feature. The steam unit puts out steam at a constant temperature with ten adjustable settings, mitigating the typical blasts of hot steam and then a cool-off period of less expensive units. The sink and fixtures were designed by Phillipe Starke for Axor. Porcelain tiles with a grass texture cloak the walls.

The blue walls in this bathroom perfectly match the water traditionally associated with blue. The yellow fixtures look great against blue wall backgrounds. The central elements of this composition - the countertops and the pedestal sink - are highlighted in white, which is considered universal. Battersea Builders were instructed to renovate, redesign and extend a split level flat above a commercial unit which had been derelict for some years. We removed all of the internal structure, but kept the front and rear facade, with cosmetic improvements made to its appearance. We completely rebuilt the structure to create two new split level apartments and carried out significant work to the commercial unit on the ground floor. The first apartment was designed and built as split level and incorporated a new mansard loft. The other incorporated a new rear extension. Both flats were designed with neutral colours for the floors and walls with a stylish modern grey and black open plan kitchen installed. The bathroom colour scheme was kept simple and classic with ceramic tiling and white goods.

A fun updated to a once dated basement. We renovated this client’s basement to be the perfect play area for their children as well as a chic gathering place for their friends and family. In order to accomplish this, we needed to ensure plenty of storage and seating. Some of the first elements we installed were large cabinets throughout the basement as well as a large banquette, perfect for hiding children’s toys as well as offering ample seating for their guests. Next, to brighten up the space in colors both children and adults would find pleasing, we added a textured blue accent wall and painted the cabinetry a pale green. Upstairs, we renovated the bathroom to be a kid-friendly space by replacing the stand-up shower with a full bath. The natural stone wall adds warmth to the space and creates a visually pleasing contrast of design. Lastly, we designed an organized and practical mudroom, creating a perfect place for the whole family to store jackets, shoes, backpacks, and purses.
