This project involved 2 bathrooms, one in front of the other. Both needed facelifts and more space. We ended up moving the wall to the right out to give the space (see the before photos!) This is the kids' bathroom, so we amped up the graphics and fun with a bold, but classic, floor tile; a blue vanity; mixed finishes; matte black plumbing fixtures; and pops of red and yellow.

This remodel features Cabico Essence cabinets with maple wood, Stretto door style (flat panel) and Bonavista (blue paint) finish. This remodel also features LG viatera Quartz countertop with Rococo color and standard edge. This also was used for shelves in the shower. The floor and shower walls is 12” x 24” by Mediterranean with Marmol Venatino color in honed. The shampoo niche is also in the same tile and color but in 2” x 2” size in honed. Other features includes Maax tub in white, Moen chrome faucet, Kohler Caxton white sink, Moen Chrome Showerhead, Moen Chrome Valve Trim, Moen Flara Chrome light fixture, Moen chrome Towel Ring, and Moen chrome double robe hook. Guest Bathroom - This Guest bathroom offers a tub/shower and large vanity in one room and across the hall is a powder room with a small vanity and toilet. The large white tile in the tub area are stacked to offer a very clean look. The client wanted a glass door but without the track. We installed a swing door that covers about half the tub area. The vanities have flat door and drawer fronts for a very clean transitional looks that is accented with round brass hardware. The mirror is built-in to a featured tile wall and framed by two alabaster sconces. The dark blue tile floor complements the vanities and the age of the overall home. The powder room features three floating shelves for décor and storage.

After years of use (and abuse) as the shared kids’ bathroom, this space was in need of a total transformation. The homeowners wanted an update that would be suitable for young adults and guests alike and, most importantly, they wanted finishes, fixtures and a style that would stand the test of time. We selected the dark gray porcelain floor tile not only for its timeless beauty, but also for its durability and low maintenance. Likewise, we chose porcelain tiles for the shower walls and installed them in a stacked pattern to the ceiling to make the room feel taller. The generous niche has ample room for bath essentials as well as plants that can bask in the natural light from the skylight overhead. To accommodate different storage needs, we opted for a vanity with both cabinet space and drawers. The quartz countertop perfectly complements the floors and was a great choice to boot because it’s so easy to clean and maintain.
