This contemporary bathroom is in the Seattle Green Custom home by H2D Architecture + Design. We used numerous green features in this bathroom. The floor (not pictured) is covered with a recycled content tile with a slip rating for ADA accessibility. The countertops are Novustone, a locally produced custom countertop made from post-consumer recycled glass. The accent tile in this bathroom is from 100% recycled glass direct from the Seattle waste stream. The tile is sourced from Bedrock Industries in Seattle. What a difference! The bathroom looks fantastic. I has a clean modern look with a more practical layout, extra cabinetry and room for the washing machine at the end of the bath. Carrara tiles completely cover the walls which gives is a very elegant look.

This 1980's track home was transformed with the addition of a new master bath and closet along with the removal of the wall between the kitchen and living areas to create an open concept space. RJohnston Interiors expanded the kitchen, infused the new space with a soothing coastal palette and added custom cabinetry in the kitchen, family room and master bath. What a transformation! The previous master bathroom is now the kids new bath with a dual vanity and decorative recessed medicine cabinets. They have much more room as well as natural lighting, wall sconces and recesses lighting. Quartz countertops and under mount sinks blend in with the gray and white tones. Hexagon field tile was used to pull the original age and character of the home.
