This Project started by the owner needing to replace a tub with a walk in shower equipped with bench, handheld shower option and assistance bars. The foldout teak shower bench makes it easy for the owner to help his wife getting in and out of the shower

This unfinished basement utility room was converted into a stylish mid-century modern bath & laundry. Walnut cabinetry featuring slab doors, furniture feet and white quartz countertops really pop. The furniture vanity is contrasted with brushed gold plumbing fixtures & hardware. Black hexagon floors with classic white subway shower tile complete this period correct bathroom!

Secondary bedroom bathroom featuring dark wood floating vanity, concrete flooring, and herringbone white tile for a tub/shower combination accented by black bathroom fixtures.

The bathroom floors are Infinity Herringbone-pattern floors made of Bianca Dulatime. This stone is harder than marble and one of the whitest natural stones available. Both bathrooms have a vanity with custom lighting we designed to illuminate from underneath. All the fixtures are Kohler, an impressive line that includes a wide variety of design and finishes. Extensive plumbing works took place in both the bathrooms. All the bathtubs were converted to showers. The shower and toilets are in a different location than the original design. Where the upstairs shower is now, was previously a closet. For ultimate bathroom comfort, a separate toilet area was constructed.
