This Park City Ski Loft remodeled for it's Texas owner has a clean modern airy feel, with rustic and industrial elements. Park City is known for utilizing mountain modern and industrial elements in it's design. We wanted to tie those elements in with the owner's farm house Texas roots.

Faux bamboo finished flat paneled DeWils Taurus cabinets pop in this gray monochromatic modern guest bathroom. Atlas Homewares 8" chrome pulls accentuate the horizontal theme carried throughout. Cabinets are topped with Pental quartz counters in "Coastal Gray," undercounter Kohler Arhcer sink and Grohe Concetto faucet. Backsplash is a 3x6" white glass subway tile that we had sandblasted to create the frosted finish. Flooring and shower walls are 12x24" Limestone tiles in "Gris," with matching colored 2x2" shower pan. Grohe Eurodisc Cosmopolitan chrome fixtures match the coordinate with the chrome bathroom accessories and shower glass door handle. The sensitive refurbishment of this Grade II Listed property located on Hertford Street, Mayfair, London. The work involved remodelling this lateral apartment to create an additional bedroom. The non-original mezzanine was replaced with a new slim line deck constructed out of cross-laminated timber, reducing the floor depth and increasing the floor-to-ceiling height of the new principal bedroom. A series of joinery pieces create separation between rooms that can be removed in the future. The focal wall of this powder room features a multi-textural pattern of Goya limestone planks with complimenting Goya field tile for the side walls. The floating polished Vanilla Onyx vanity solidifies the design, creating linear movement. The up-lighting showcases the natural characteristics of this beautiful onyx slab. A country club respite for our busy professional Bostonian clients. Our clients met in college and have been weekending at the Aquidneck Club every summer for the past 20+ years. The condos within the original clubhouse seldom come up for sale and gather a loyalist following. Our clients jumped at the chance to be a part of the club's history for the next generation. Much of the club’s exteriors reflect a quintessential New England shingle style architecture. The internals had succumbed to dated late 90s and early 2000s renovations of inexpensive materials void of craftsmanship. Our client’s aesthetic balances on the scales of hyper minimalism, clean surfaces, and void of visual clutter. Our palette of color, materiality & textures kept to this notion while generating movement through vintage lighting, comfortable upholstery, and Unique Forms of Art. A Full-Scale Design, Renovation, and furnishings project.
