The basement bathroom had all sorts of quirkiness to it. The vanity was too small for a couple of growing kids, the shower was a corner shower and had a storage cabinet incorporated into the wall that was almost too tall to put anything into. This space was in need of a over haul. We updated the bathroom with a wall to wall shower, light bright paint, wood tile floors, vanity lights, and a big enough vanity for growing kids. The space is in a basement meaning that the walls were not tall. So we continued the tile and the mirror to the ceiling. This bathroom did not have any natural light and so it was important to have to make the bathroom light and bright. We added the glossy tile to reflect the ceiling and vanity lights.

This elegant traditional powder room has little contemporary edge with the added unique crystal wall sconces. The blue grass clothe has a sparkle of gold peaking thought just enough to give it some shine. The custom was art was done by the home owner who happens to be one fabulous Artist. The custom tall wall paneling was added on purpose. This added architecture to the space with the already thick and wide crown molding. It carries your eye down to the new beautiful paneling. Such a classy and elegant bath room that is truly timeless. A look that will never die out. The carrara custom cut marble top is a jewel added to the gorgeous custom made vanity that looks like a piece of furniture. What beautifully carved details giving it a wow factor. My client found the dragon applique that the cabinet guy incorporated to making it more unique than it already was.

The "Man's Lav" by Kohler provides an oversized sink for masculine appeal. The contemporary Kohler faucet coordinated with all of the shower components. Laying out the template for the vanity top, we were able to have the dark brown veins in the granite be positioned in the front of the top so it would coordinate with the rich brown color of the vanity.

In this master bath , we played up the existing curved wall by using small glass mosaic tile , which really plays up the curve! The dual sink vanity features marble countertops and undermount sinks, while a make up area features it own Venetian mirror. Old World European, Country Cottage. Three separate cottages make up this secluded village over looking a private lake in an old German, English, and French stone villa style. Hand scraped arched trusses, wide width random walnut plank flooring, distressed dark stained raised panel cabinetry, and hand carved moldings make these traditional farmhouse cottage buildings look like they have been here for 100s of years. Newly built of old materials, and old traditional building methods, including arched planked doors, leathered stone counter tops, stone entry, wrought iron straps, and metal beam straps. The Lake House is the first, a Tudor style cottage with a slate roof, 2 bedrooms, view filled living room open to the dining area, all overlooking the lake. The Carriage Home fills in when the kids come home to visit, and holds the garage for the whole idyllic village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms with on suite baths, a large open kitchen, and an warm, comfortable and inviting great room. All overlooking the lake. The third structure is the Wheel House, running a real wonderful old water wheel, and features a private suite upstairs, and a work space downstairs.
