The master bath allows 2 people to use it at the same time. One can be showering while the other is at the sink. Separate spaces in a mid size bathroom. The exterior wall was bumped out about 6' and the roofline was changed to a hip roof. The ceiling has various heights. I custom designed the cabinetry to fit with my client's lifestyle. There is also a custom 4'x5' shower with custom seat and foot shower. As you can tell the client loves the color green so we incorporated into the bathroom in various shades.

Tucked away in the North Beach ocean district of Delray Beach, this unique custom home features the pool and deck in the front of the home. Upon entrance to the authentic Chicago Brick paved driveway, you will notice no garage present, nor an entry door. In replacement, louvered gates and shutters with white framed french doors wrap the exterior of the home. With the focus of the home on beautiful outdoor living spaces, including a large covered loggia, second floor balconies, and gorgeous landscape, this South Florida beach house encompasses a relaxing retreat sensation. Green marble floor. This glass mosaic leaf pattern had to re-worked to fit into the space. It's essentially putting together a puzzle. We needed an access panel to the tub so we devised a tile board with handles which can be removed. The 10"x18" porcelain tile has a wavy pattern to it

Inspired by the local shipping, this room is subtly coastal in a shipping sense. This reflected in the colours and materials of brass, grey and driftwood. Original floor boards have been finished in an extremely practical weathered look. Lighting is flexible for long relaxing baths, fresh morning starts and more. A bath was added to this bathroom with little interference with the original fabric of the building.
