Beige U-shaped Kitchen Design Ideas

The brief for this project involved completely re configuring the space inside this industrial warehouse style apartment in Chiswick to form a one bedroomed/ two bathroomed space with an office mezzanine level. The client wanted a look that had a clean lined contemporary feel, but with warmth, texture and industrial styling. The space features a colour palette of dark grey, white and neutral tones with a bespoke kitchen designed by us, and also a bespoke mural on the master bedroom wall.

When the collaboration between client, builder and cabinet maker comes together perfectly the end result is one we are all very proud of. The clients had many ideas which evolved as the project was taking shape and as the budget changed. Through hours of planning and preparation the end result was to achieve the level of design and finishes that the client, builder and cabinet expect without making sacrifices or going over budget. Soft Matt finishes, solid timber, stone, brass tones, porcelain, feature bathroom fixtures and high end appliances all come together to create a warm, homely and sophisticated finish. The idea was to create spaces that you can relax in, work from, entertain in and most importantly raise your young family in. This project was fantastic to work on and the result shows that why would you ever want to leave home?

In questo progetto d’interni situato a pochi metri dal mare abbiamo deciso di utilizzare uno stile mediterraneo contemporaneo attraverso la scelta di finiture artigianali come i pavimenti in terracotta o le piastrelle fatte a mano. L’uso di materiali naturali e prodotti artigianali si ripetono anche sul arredo scelto per questa casa come i mobili in legno, le decorazioni con oggetti tradizionali, le opere d’arte e le luminarie in ceramica, fatte ‘adhoc’ per questo progetto.

Not every cottage kitchen needs to be traditional in design. Our designers are always looking to put a unique twist on a classic design and this charming cottage kitchen is no exception. This traditional kitchen features our Signature Cary kitchen door and is painted in a brooding Indigo blue. The contemporary twist is in the truly handleless door design, which is a wonderfully unique choice in such a traditional setting. As you can see from the photos, our client is planning on plenty of cooking so kitchen storage was always going to be an important aspect of the design. Pullout storage, floor-to-ceiling larder cupboards, and rustic wooden shelving all offer plenty of practical storage. Created for a charming 18th century stone farmhouse overlooking a canal, this Bespoke solid wood kitchen has been handpainted in Farrow & Ball (Aga wall and base units by the windows) with Pavilion Gray (on island and recessed glass-fronted display cabinetry). The design centres around a feature Aga range cooker.

Walls were removed, internal windows added and an off the shelf kitchen was elevated through the use of vintage & handmade details. Hob aperture & internal window are lined in reclaimed science lab worktops, complete with mean graffiti. Handmade moroccan tiles are laid in an unexpected pattern. Vintage German cigar moulds clad the peninsular, which is finished with an aged brass kick plate.

Ce duplex de 100m² en région parisienne a fait l’objet d’une rénovation partielle par nos équipes ! L’objectif était de rendre l’appartement à la fois lumineux et convivial avec quelques touches de couleur pour donner du dynamisme. Nous avons commencé par poncer le parquet avant de le repeindre, ainsi que les murs, en blanc franc pour réfléchir la lumière. Le vieil escalier a été remplacé par ce nouveau modèle en acier noir sur mesure qui contraste et apporte du caractère à la pièce. Nous avons entièrement refait la cuisine qui se pare maintenant de belles façades en bois clair qui rappellent la salle à manger. Un sol en béton ciré, ainsi que la crédence et le plan de travail ont été posés par nos équipes, qui donnent un côté loft, que l’on retrouve avec la grande hauteur sous-plafond et la mezzanine. Enfin dans le salon, de petits rangements sur mesure ont été créé, et la décoration colorée donne du peps à l’ensemble.
