Mills Group designed a new residence located on a previously undeveloped lot within the Wees Historic District in Elkins. The client, whose family had owned the property for many years, directed the Mills Group team to design a Victorian style home that both complemented the architectural character of the surrounding neighborhood and anchored the prominent corner lot. The three-level home encompasses a total of 3,500-square-feet, and an adjacent two-car garage is connected to the main structure with an arbor.
