The Home X
The Modern Collection Home
This entire home remodel reflects a blend of elegance, functionality, and a sophisticated modern design, tailored to accommodate both daily living and special gatherings. Each space is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive aesthetic, while luxurious details bring a sense of refinement throughout the home.
Wine Cellar: A showcase feature of the home, the expansive wine cellar is designed to house a substantial collection with both style and utility. With custom wood shelving, ambient lighting, and dedicated display areas, it’s a connoisseur's dream—ideal for showcasing and accessing wines for any occasion.
Dining and Lounge Spaces: Adjacent to the kitchen, a modern dining area with sleek chairs and a built-in bench provides both comfort and sophistication. The minimalist design, paired with natural elements and soft textures, creates a relaxing space that transitions seamlessly from daily family meals to elegant dinner parties.
Wet Bar: A dark and dramatic wet bar contrasts the lighter tones in the rest of the home, offering a moody, intimate atmosphere perfect for entertaining. Glass-front cabinets showcase glassware and bar essentials, while black finishes add a touch of luxury and refinement.
Living Room Details: A modern fireplace with dark marbled surfaces becomes a bold focal point, bringing warmth and character to the living area. Nearby, custom bookshelves and artfully arranged decor add personality and a curated feel to the space.
Specialized Storage: The home’s thoughtful organization is further evident in areas like the built-in beverage coolers, designed for easy access to refreshments. Each drawer and storage space is meticulously planned to enhance convenience and maintain the clean, streamlined aesthetic.
This remodel integrates refined touches and functional design across every room, balancing elegance with the comforts of modern living. The Modern Collection Home is an inviting, sophisticated space where everyday life and entertaining blend seamlessly, offering an inspiring environment for family and friends alike.

US Cellar Systems
On this custom wine cellar project in Dallas, Texas, Wine Cellar Specialists had to build a climate-controlled wine room under the stairs. They installed one of US Cellar System's refrigeration units (RM2600) near the ceiling to keep it out of sight.
