We did demo, removed wallpaper, patched water damage to the ceiling, skim coated walls and ceiling to make smooth. Added bead board wainscot, changed the base board heat. installed new tile floor in a brick pattern, new vanity with granite counter and black granite vessel sink. Also install a replacement window with obscure glass to eliminate the need to use a shade.
