This is one of my favorite window treatment creations! No need for curtain rods. All you need is a picture hook and rubber band! Yes, rubber band! Pleat the top of the curtain by folding like a paper fan. Hold the fold together by wrapping a rubber band around the top of the curtain. The fold will create a very pretty fan at the top of your curtain. Place a picture hook at the desired level on the top of the window opening.
