A small back entry was converted to add much needed space to the original kitchen. A wall of windows was added to flood the space with light and capture the ocean view. In addition, the original porch was opened up and extended around the kitchen, providing much better access to scenic views and sunlight. This traditional beach house, untouched for decades, received a complete renovation and makeover. The house was completely gutted. Original floors were refurbished and supplemented with antique heart pine. Space was opened up and reallocated maximizing light and flow. Builder: Jack Mitchell Construction
