This was the old laundry & toilet, there used to be a wall with door across the back leading to the toilet with a small louvre window. There was also a window in the existing laundry on the right hand wall which opened into an extension which had been built on. The client wanted a more practical use of this area & a playroom for their young son. So the old toilet and laundry was demolished creating a bigger area for a playroom. The internal window was removed and a new window installed at the end of the room. The walls were re-plastered & floating floor boards were laid this has created a lovely space for a playroom.
