A family home planned over two levels with a large open-planned living area on the upper floor. The kitchen and dining area opens to a North facing terrace located on the street frontage, above the garage. The living space connects to the rear garden via a timber deck and wide stairs. A central stair with roof voids and planter beds brings light into the centre of the floor plan and aids in cross ventilation through the home. Балкон: Изначально, балкон был не застекленным, холодным. Поэтому сначала мы утеплили пол, стены и потолок, застеклили все, смонтировали подогрев пола и только потом произвели чистовую отделку. Здесь нет верхнего освещения, но есть аккуратный бра, на круглой основе из черного мдф, по принципу телевизора в спальне. Также мы установили столик, ножка которого выходит из стены. Столешница из натурального дерева, покрытая лаком в тон пола. А для того чтобы можно было расслабиться, здесь размещен мягкий пуф.

Заказчиком была поставлена ещё одна важная задача: необходимо было одно из помещений полностью звукоизолировать, так как он занимался музыкой и не хотел, чтобы его соседи испытывали постоянный дискомфорт. Да и ему работалось легче и спокойнее. Выбор пал на лоджию: небольшое помещение, не занятое лишней мебелью и комфортное для работы.
