Our client had refurbished and renovated the property to a high standard throughout 2020 and first listed it in October 2020. The initial valuations had been very high and our client received very few viewings and no offers. They decided to appoint a different agent a few months later who gave a much more realistic valuation and also marketed the property to achieve it's full potential with fantastic images However the quirky rooms in the cottage left some potential buyers confused and unable to visualise how the space could work for them.
