Designed by architect Christian Zapatka in 2017, the three-bedroom rowhouse was inspired by historical European architecture. The home's standout features include a great room with white oak flooring and 9-foot French doors and a kitchen with a wine tower, La Cornue stove and a Waterworks backsplash. The sleek slab-style Italian design kitchen cabinets are from Snaidero DC. The courtyard, designed with landscape architect Ohme Van Sweden, has a loggia with a Portuguese azulejo tile mural, four linden trees and a fountain.
