This home is a full integration of a wide range of green concepts including zoned geothermal HVAC and a whole house fan system. The design theme was inspired by 19th century farmhouse vernacular. Other green features include an exhaustive use of low V.O.C. materials, finishes and adhesives, operable transoms in the bedooms, reclaimed wood flooring, foam insulation and cement fiberboard siding.
