We completely gut renovated this pre-war Tribeca apartment but kept some of it's charm and history in tact! The building, which was built in the early 1900's, was home to different executive office operations and the original hallways had a beautiful and intricate mosaic floor pattern. To that point we decided to preserve the existing mosaic flooring and incorporate it into the new design. The open concept kitchen with cantilevered dining table top keeps the area feeling light and bright, casual and not stuffy. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. This modern bathroom remodel features a simplistic design with huge impact. The Touch Summer SBN tile wainscotting doubles as the shower surround. The wall mounted vanity displays a beautiful contrast between the white countertop and wood finish cabinetry. The white bathtub and chrome fixtures complete this clean, modern look.

This is an example of a mid-sized transitional 3/4 bathroom in Indianapolis with a shower/bathtub combo, gray tile, quartzite benchtops, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, an alcove tub, subway tile, white walls, an undermount sink and a shower curtain.

The guest bath design was inspired by the fun geometric pattern of the custom window shade fabric. A mid century modern vanity and wall sconces further repeat the mid century design. Because space was limited, the designer incorporated a metal wall ladder to hold towels.
