A project by Power Concrete Construction & Deisgn. This award-winning pool and patio made use of Solomon Colors 600 White Integral Color for the pool deck and wall caps. The whole surface was stamped using Brickform Roman Slate texture, paired with decorative saw cuts. A Stampable Overlay was used to add texture to the porches and a Sprayable Overlay was used to coat the planters, retaining walls, and exposed foundation walls.

This was a complete redesign of their backyard and the Modern Rectangle was a perfect fit. The client wanted the vinyl covered steps and bench combination to enjoy the sun. The liner is Savannah Sandstone color and although it looks tan color it creates a teal blue with water. They also added a hidden solar blanket roller called CLEARDECK to hide the solar blanket roller. We installed OMNILOGIC automation to control their heating and lighting from their smartphone from anywhere in the world. The decking is actually stamped concrete but it looks like real wood.
