When homeowners think ADA, they tend to get scared or even nervous, wanting their bathroom to be of course functional for everyday use but also be beautiful and magazine-worthy. Well, in this master bath, we did just that. Featuring a curbless shower creating a wet room, this shower creates easy access in and out of the shower for these homeowners. The shower design also incorporates a large bench to use if needed while showering. The grab bars in this space almost appear as if they are not there, blending right into the design of the other plumbing fixtures with their style and finish. Altogether, this master bath is a timeless space from its functional design to the stunning materials we used, from sleek grey stained cabinetry, classic granite countertops, elegant porcelain tile, and striking black matte fixtures.

The homeowners loved the character of their 100-year-old home near Lake Harriet, but the original layout no longer supported their busy family’s modern lifestyle. When they contacted the architect, they had a simple request: remodel our master closet. This evolved into a complete home renovation that took three-years of meticulous planning and tactical construction. This custom home is part of the Carillon Place infill development across from Byrd Park in Richmond, VA. The home has four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, custom kitchen with waterfall island, full butler's pantry, gas fireplace, third floor media room, and two car garage. The first floor porch and second story balcony on this corner lot have expansive views of Byrd Park and the Carillon.

This cottage remodel on Lake Charlevoix was such a fun project to work on. We really strived to bring in the coastal elements around the home to give this cottage it's asthetics. You will see a lot of whites, light blues, and some grey/greige accents as well.

A modern bathroom with calming colors, beautiful back-lit mirrors, and spacious shower combined with honeycomb shaped tiles brings an extravagant touch. This project was a well deserved bathroom makeover from floor to ceiling.
