The desk was originally in the opposite corner with the back of chair facing the room. Hanging a mirror expands the room and reflects the light from the opposing windows. The lamp was originally located in the bedroom and now the desk can serve as office & buffet for entertaining. The leather chair was too heavy tucked under the desk, so a Chinese garden stool was purchased to use at the desk, additional seating & as a end table. photo: Rikki Snyder
