This rear extension was designed by JavensDesign Ltd and currently in construction September 2019. The design was to maximise living space to the rear whilst all facilities were located to the middle of the building. The extension has been submerged into the ground in order to gain an extra long rear extension not normally accepted by the council. Due to the empathetic nature of the building, it was approved.
