What forms do today’s kitchenettes usually take?“We’ve seen a huge evolution in kitchenettes in the home,” says Chris Ruffé, director of Bondi Kitchens. “They come in many forms, such as a bar for adults only, a butler’s pantry to reduce daily traffic in the main kitchen and sculleries have made a comeback to hide washing-up tasks.” Ruffé notes that depending on their purpose, kitchenettes can be hidden or visible within a home’s floor plan.
