This client has been a client with EdenLA since 2010, and this is one of the projects we have done with them through the years. We are in planning phases now of a historical Spanish stunner in Hancock Park, but more on that later. This home reflected our awesome clients' affinity for the modern. A slight sprucing turned into a full renovation complete with additions of this mid century modern house that was more fitting for their growing family. Working with this client is always truly collaborative and we enjoy the end results immensely. Modern meets contemporary in this large open wet room. The shower bench blends seamlessly using the same tile as both the ensuite floor and shower tile. To its left a wood look feature wall is seen to add a natural element to the space. The same wood look tile is utilized in the shower niche created on the opposing wall. A large deep free standing tub is set in the wet room beside the curbless shower.

The floor tiles extend up behind the toilet. We love the blue next to the "Setting Plaster" wall colour by Farrow & Ball.

The former 4th bedroom of this small 2-story home is now the Master Bath, with wall tiles from Austin-based Architerra and floor tiles from Landers Premiere Flooring.
