Located in one of the Ritz residential towers in Boston, the project was a complete renovation. The design and scope of work included the entire residence from marble flooring throughout, to movement of walls, new kitchen, bathrooms, all furnishings, lighting, closets, artwork and accessories. Smart home sound and wifi integration throughout including concealed electronic window treatments.
The challenge for the final project design was multifaceted. First and foremost to maintain a light, sheer appearance in the main open areas, while having a considerable amount of seating for living, dining and entertaining purposes. All the while giving an inviting peaceful feel,
and never interfering with the view which was of course the piece de resistance throughout.
Bringing a unique, individual feeling to each of the private rooms to surprise and stimulate the eye while navigating through the residence was also a priority and great pleasure to work on, while incorporating small details within each room to bind the flow from area to area which would not be necessarily obvious to the eye, but palpable in our minds in a very suttle manner. The combination of luxurious textures throughout brought a third dimension into the environments, and one of the many aspects that made the project so exceptionally unique, and a true pleasure to have created. The walls in this formal powder bathroom were hand stenciled to look like vintage wall paper; the ceiling was glazed with a gold glaze over navy blue, picking up the blue in the thin royal blue tile inset between the dark marble and light colored marble mosaic floor.

Introducing an exquisitely designed powder room project nestled in a luxurious residence on Riverside Drive, Manhattan, NY. This captivating space seamlessly blends traditional elegance with urban sophistication, reflecting the quintessential charm of the city that never sleeps.
The focal point of this powder room is the enchanting floral green wallpaper that wraps around the walls, evoking a sense of timeless grace and serenity. The design pays homage to classic interior styles, infusing the room with warmth and character.
A key feature of this space is the bespoke tiling, meticulously crafted to complement the overall design. The tiles showcase intricate patterns and textures, creating a harmonious interplay between traditional and contemporary aesthetics. Each piece has been carefully selected and installed by skilled tradesmen, who have dedicated countless hours to perfecting this one-of-a-kind space.
The pièce de résistance of this powder room is undoubtedly the vanity sconce, inspired by the iconic New York City skyline. This exquisite lighting fixture casts a soft, ambient glow that highlights the room's extraordinary details. The sconce pays tribute to the city's architectural prowess while adding a touch of modernity to the overall design.
This remarkable project took two years on and off to complete, with our studio accommodating the process with unwavering commitment and enthusiasm.
