Re-Do in a powder room for my clients; an adorable retired couple living in a modest little home in Orange County. They wanted to spend the next chapter, or their last chapter enjoying their home. It had been since the 70's since this room had been touched. They still had the old blue floral & ducks wallpaper. I decided to give it a bit of saucy, elegant, sexy appeal. The did backflips over the samples. My suggestion were for them to add crown with finishes on the crown & base; decorative legs to the original vanity for a facelift along with a nice new finish over the old wood. Later they agreed they should have had me do the baseboards as well. We said yes and returned.
