Bianchi Design
This spectacular project was a two year effort, first begun by demoing over $400k of spec home madness and reducing it to rubble before rebuilding from the ground up.

This project was for a repeat client that had worked with Bianchi before. Bianchi's first effort was to paint the broad strokes that would set the theme for the exterior layout of the property, including the pool, patios, outdoor "bistro", and surrounding garden areas. Then Bianchi introduced his specialized team of artisans to the client to implement the details. Contact Kirk to learn more!
The centerpiece of the backyard is a deck level vanishing edge pool flush in the foreground, strikingly simple and understatedly elegant in its first impression, though complex under the hood. The pool, built by Tyler Mathews of Natural Reflections Pools, seems to emerge from the ground as the deck terraces downward, exposing a wetted wall on the background. It is flanked by two mature ironwood trees anchored within stone planters on either side, that bookend the entire space. A singular monochromatic glass tile spa rises above the deck plane, shimmering in the sunlight, perfection wrought by Luke and Amy Denny of Alpentile, while three sets of three spillways send concentric ringlets across the mirrored plane of glassy water.
Bianchi's landscape star Morgan Holt of EarthArt worked his magic throughout the property with his exquisite selection of specimen trees and plant materials, and above all, his most challenging feat, crafted a Michaelangeloesque cascading stair, reminiscent of that at the Laurentian Library, levitating and flowing down over the front water feature like a bridal train.
This will be a project long enjoyed by the owners, and the team that created it.
Greenvision Garden Design
Our RHS Show Gardens can be seen here. At the 2008 Tatton Park Show we received a Bronze Medal for “Suspended Thoughts”. A year later we received a coverted RHS Gold Medal for our garden “A Place For Waste”. The garden used waste products and recycled materials to create a unique sustainable garden that received much interest from the television and media. We returned to the show in 2011 creating a minimalist garden built using sustainable materials sourced locally, adding a Silver Gilt Medal to our growing list of awards.

A complete backyard transformation. Completed in 2013, this Dallas residence started with an empty backyard and was transformed into an inviting and relaxing escape featuring a new, luxury swimming pool with arched opening and rain curtain waterfalls. The project also features a private putting green, fire pit seating area, new travertine steps and terraces along with lush landscaping and trees.

Our client wanted a complete transformation of their backyard and we were excited to be a part of this awesome project. This pool has cast stone coping and water features, glass waterline tile and water feature wall tile, durazzo plaster, travertine pavers and LED lighting. We also build an all new arbor, covered patio and outdoor kitchen.

Patio Pools and Spas
This gorgeous backyard project covered every square inch of this customer’s backyard and was nestled in to a tight backyard access without disturbing the existing trees or golf course. The customer had very contemporary and modern tastes and wanted that reflected in their pool and backyard design.
A stunning 1” blue glass tiled raised planter box* with 5 water features gracefully separates this geometrically perfect Pebble Sheen swimming pool from the golf course it overlooks and green low-maintenance Southwest plants & floral separate the view. A dam wall separates the roomy therapeutic in-ground semi-circle spa from the pool area. The side of the pool closest to the home is a straight parallel line, with the opposing side geometrically rounded with both the raised pattern pavers and the wrought iron fence matching patterns precisely.
The ( wireless EZ Touch remote operated ) pool equipment is on the side of the home allowing spacious deck space for those who enjoy this contemporary backyard.
Of note, the same 1” glass tiles from the raised planter were used throughout the home’s interior to integrate outdoor & indoor elements.

Dean Herald-Rolling Stone Landscapes
Designed to make the most of a steep site, this private home in Sydney’s south has created great spaces to enjoy the view of the water. The design features a covered main pavilion with a fully equipped kitchen including a sink, fridge and wood fire pizza oven. Designed for entertainment it also includes a large dining area, sunken spa and wall mounted TV. O the same level of the pavilion is a sunken fire pit area nestled underneath a large existing Frangipani. Travel down a set of steel stairs and you come to an inviting blue pool with wet edge spill over out to the bay. The curves of the pool and lower lawn area designed to add interest when viewing from above. A generous lounge and nearby pool pavilion provides plenty of places to relax by the pool and the cantilevered section of the pavilion, with feature timber panelling, ensures that there is shade poolside and look fantastic next to another mature Frangipani. The overall look and feel of the project is sleek and contemporary, with plants chosen to emphasise the shapes of the design and to add contrasting colours. This project is definitely a great place entertain and relax whilst enjoying the view of the water.

Perched on a hillside on the edge of the Palouse, these homeowners wanted a backyard that took advantage of the stellar views across the surrounding farmland. Masonry retaining walls match the brick of the house, while the landscaping complements the vistas below.
The water feature has multiple falls that cascade into a deep wading pool below. The concrete patio is cantilevered over the water for a seamless transition. Across the top pool, boulder stepping stones continue the path to the upper patio.
