The client (a medium-term stay rental company) wanted 12 modern two-room apartments for their tenants to feel like home while being away from home. So the rooms needed to have a light, airy and inviting feeling. Carefully selected quality products were combined with design details such as Berlin specific artwork on the walls. The rooms were created to fit all needs and still leave room for own ideas and space for personal belongings. Even though the budget and space restrictions (20-35m²) posed quite a challenge, our team of designers and architects managed to finish all interior fitting work for the apartments right on time and within budget.
